These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Safe Trip Transport website and services.  By using this website or submitting a transport request, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Safe Trip Transport provides vehicle and equipment transport services as a licensed and insured motor carrier.

2. Transport Requests

Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee acceptance of a shipment. Transport availability depends on scheduling, route availability, and equipment requirements.

3. Carrier Referral Network

Safe Trip Transport may maintain a network of independent licensed carriers or licensed transportation brokers and intermediaries. When Safe Trip Transport is unable to directly perform a shipment, we may refer customers to independent carriers, brokers or intermediaries. 

Important Disclosure:

Safe Trip Transport may refer customer inquiries or leads to independent carriers or brokers within its carrier network. These carriers and brokers operate independently and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, compliance, pricing, scheduling, and transport agreements.

When a customer chooses to work with a referred carrier, the transportation contract is solely between the customer and that carrier.

Safe Trip Transport does not act as a property broker and does not arrange transportation between shippers and carriers as defined under federal brokerage regulations.

4. Independent Carrier Responsibility

Independent carriers receiving referrals are responsible for:

• Licensing and regulatory compliance

• Insurance coverage

• Equipment safety

• Pricing and service terms

Safe Trip Transport is not responsible for services performed by independent carriers after a referral is made.

5. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with website functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Safe Trip Transport is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Website interruptions

• Independent carrier services

• Customer‑carrier contractual disputes

7. Changes to Terms

Safe Trip Transport may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
