Safe Trip Transport does not assume control of the shipment when a customer chooses to work directly with a referred carrier. The customer and the independent carrier are responsible for negotiating the final transport agreement, pricing, scheduling, and service terms.

Safe Trip Transport is not acting as a property broker and does not arrange or control shipments between customers and independent carriers.
